Melissa FoxMelissa Fox came on board as PERF’s Editor in 2025 after more than 10 years with the Publications Unit at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) and seven years at the University of Maryland Center for Advanced Study of Language (CASL). She holds degrees in linguistics from Georgetown University, the University of Virginia, and the University of Oxford and in archives and records management from the University of Maryland. |
