Schedule 

The conference will begin Wednesday evening with PERF’s welcome reception and will continue until Friday at noon. All conference events will be located at the Hyatt resort. The schedule is below, and more details will be added in the coming months:

Wednesday, May 29

• Noon – 5:00 p.m.: Meeting registration
• 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.: Welcome reception at Portico & Portico Terrace

Thursday, May 30

• 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Town Hall Meeting
• 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.: PERF Board Reception at Windsong Fountain Lawn
• Breakfast and lunch provided

Friday, May 31

• 8:30 a.m. – noon: Panel sessions
• Breakfast provided

Registration

Registration is $550 for PERF members and $650 for non-members. Spouses, significant others, and children may join for breakfast, lunch, and the two evening receptions for $200 per person. Click here to register.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress at a rate of $229/night plus tax. This special rate is available until Tuesday, May 7. To reserve a room, please click here.
