However, as col leges and universities work to safely reopen their campuses during the COVI D-19 pandemic and protests over police reform, inter-agency relationships a re more crucial than ever. To explore the public safety issues facing college towns and campuses today, PERF – in collaboration wi th the Tempe, AZ and Arizona State University Police Departments – is hosti ng a 90-minute, facilitated discussion. Municipal and campus police leaders from six jurisdictions throughout the country will share some of the chall enges they are facing and how they are addressing them.
